Who we are and why we are.
We're tired of all the snake oil too.
As we looked around the market for who else was helping business leaders of 10 to 500 person B2C companies, what we found shocked us. While true strategy consulting was alive and well for large Fortune 500 companies, the little guy was left with snake oil salesmen–people who peddled affiliate software and services under the guise of true consulting and advisory. We wouldn’t hire them either!
Nowadays, it’s tough to find someone you can trust to help advise you out of imminent danger and towards a bright future. Honestly, who do you trust to get that done? It makes it even harder that if you do avoid a snake oil salesman, the fact is, the rest of the lot are really specialists that add on a thin veneer of consulting just to eventually help you with their specialty: sales or banking or marketing, for instance.
You Have Found Someone You Can Trust
Mission & Fields is truly here to help and we can offer you true consulting services that are only directed to where you, your business, and your leadership team needs it most. If we don’t have the right skills or believe we can’t help you within your budget, we won’t take on the work (it’s that simple), and will refer you to someone who can.
